I don't get it

I have been doing this blogger thing for a while now, but still Google doesn't realize that they should give me Gmail. I want it, they have it, why can't they just give it to me? I really doesn't make sense. If anyone reads this, and if anyone of you has Gmail, can you comment on how the hell you got it? Thanks.
