From this point until I decide to change it, I will post a tribute to someone or something, pretty much at random.

William Shatner

I usually forget what I post here, rendering each post nearly independent of the others. I have probably already commented on how awesome William Shatner is, possibly even last post. But his greatness warrants another, or possibly several more.

I was reading an article in AARP magazine this weekend (I'm only 21 if you're wondering). And I didn't get to finish it, but basically it was saying that William Shatner rocked so hard as James Tiberius Kirk that he was unable to gain major roles in film or TV since then. It went on to say that his recent success in Boston Legal has reinvigorated his career and returned William Shatner to the forefront of the entertainment industry.

While I disagree with the statement this magazine made about Shatner's career waning after Star Trek ended, with a role as Sgt. TJ Hooker in the 80s, and appearances on many shows and movies during the period following, it does have some validity. Recently, Shatner released an album, Has Been, which I find to be brilliant. And in agreement with this article, Shatner is the star of Boston Legal, and I can't get enough of this show.

Keep up the good work Bill.
