From this point until I decide to change it, I will post a tribute to someone or something, pretty much at random.

Europe
I just got back from Europe a few days ago. It is amazing how different everything over there is. I had an idea of what Europe was like, and I knew it would look older and feel different from the United States, but it is amazing to what extent this is felt. They seem to think about everything just a little bit differently on the other side of the Atlantic. These slight differences in thinking result in huge gaps between life here and life there. One small example of this is transportation. The presence of an SUV is rare in Europe, as this type of vehicle does not fit in with what they think of as a good driving experience. They instead have small cars that are efficient, and cars that are normal to what we might see, but tend to go a lot faster. This small idea of travel has generated completely different roadways and vehicles in Europe, which is just a small part of the differences that exist.
